Singidunum online was founded back in 2006 by Ranko Mandić, one of the most appreciated and famous numismatic and phaleristic experts and collectors in Serbia and the Balkans . A motive and idea for the foundation of the first internet selling web page dealing with numismatic and phaleristic items came after the publication of the 4th edition of his Catalog of Coins of Serbia, Montenegro and Yugoslavia.
We were the first internet site in Serbia selling and promoting numismatic and phaleristic items. Over the years, we further expended our offer, adding other items, and at this moment we feature a wide offer of coins, banknotes, tokens, medals, orders, table medals, militaria, photographs, documents and numismatic accessories. During this period, we strived to care for and meet the needs of our customers, and will continue do to so in future.
Unfortunately, our old site was only in Serbian, and as such wasn’t user friendly to many people who don’t speak Serbian. We have now created a more modern look an feel, with new features. Currently, we feature three languages, with the possibility of translating it to other languages as well. We would appreciate your feedback on this!
Unfortunately, although all options as well as categories on the site are translated, some product descriptions are not. This especially concerns the Russian language. We will try in the future to translate the descriptions at least of newly added products.
On our site the emphasis is on items that are from Yugoslavia and the countries that were part of Yugoslavia, which is only natural. In a lesser extent we offer items from other countries.

The biggest problem we face is shipment from Serbia. The regulations here are quite complicated when it concerns sending numismatic and phaleristic materials. In spite of this, we ship to any country, although it sometimes takes time to organise this. But we always manage.
