Obverse: on a bent laurel branch lies a red enameled Geneva cross (above) and a shield with the coat of arms (below). In the middle of the ribbon with the inscription "FOR RED CROSS SERVICES 1912-13".
Reverse: The composition "Kosovo Girl" by the painter Ferdo Kikerez (Quiquerez, 1845-1893), a scene on the field of Kosovo. Below, outside this composition is the date of the Battle of Kosovo "1389".
Ribbon: triangular white with one red stripe along the edge.
