We receive and ship to any country. As a rule we ship from Serbia, but sometimes we will send you your order from Croatia or Slovenia. All orders are sent by registered mail and can be tracked, and the price of shipping depends on the destination and weight of the package. The orders are sent by registered mail as default, but in cases of more valuable orders we recommend that the mail be insured. The cost of insurance can easily be calculated on the site of the Serbian, Croatian or Slovenian post office.
Since every customer and order is unique, we do not calculate the shipping cost automatically, rather - we will send you the info during the confirmation procedure. You reserve the right to withdraw your order at any time, of course.
For orders from Serbia, the usual amount of time needed for the shipment to arrive is 2-4 working days. When sending abroad, we really can't guarantee any time frame, because the time it will take us to send your order really depends on what you order, for the most part.
And even when we send it, it depends when it will arrive depending on the country you want it shipped to. So far, from our experiance, the time varies even when sending to the same country.
However, only when we are absolutely certain we can send will you be required to make the payment. The next day, upon the confirmation of the payment we will ship the order to you and you will receive a tracking number and will be able to track the shipment and see where it is at any due moment.
