Avers: A stylized display of a new building in New Belgrade, a statue of the Winner, after which the year 1948/1988 left-stylized figures of girls and chicks with a shovel and a pick, participants of volunteer work in the construction of New Belgrade.
Revers empty, and dotted, with the signature of the manufacturer IKOM - ZAGREB.
In the original red box, 12.5x12.5 cn, and with a small CHARTER issued by Toman T. Dusan by the Municipal Assembly of Novi Beograd, on the occasion of the celebration of the 40th anniversary.
