Silver-plated bronze, 34 mm. The medal was established by Aleksandar I Obrenović on April 7, 1902. year, and was awarded for services to the king, the king's house and the state.
Obverse: In a half-open wreath of oak and laurel branches is an acorn. inscription: "FOR / CIVIL / MERITS". Reverse: Coat of arms of the Kingdom of Serbia. Along the very edge on the obverse and reverse is a circle of dots.
